		<description>In a retail situation this would contravene the trades descriptions act but I am not sure how this applies to a private sale or second hand goods or to EBAY.  Maybe you could ask some advice from EBAY themselves or maybe the local Trading Standards Office or Citizen&#039;s advice Bureau if in UK.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good Luck</description>
